Description: Together with the Head of Internal Audit and the Internal Audit department (some of whom are contract employees) provide independent assurance and advisory services designed to assist management in meeting strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage overall SOX compliance effort, including both internal and external resources.
• Manage Financial, Operational, Strategic or Compliance audits by supplying detailed reports on audit findings that are factual, clear, concise, and complete.
• Provide guidance and direct support of all Information Systems related audit projects, including pre-implementation reviews, post-implementation audits, and ad hoc data analysis requests and projects.
• Conduct or assistin special examinations at the request of management or the Audit Committee, including matters involving conflicts of interest or other irregularities.
• Directly manage internal staff on a project basis and also extensively manage external resources.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or Business.
• 10+ years of experience comprised of business consulting, internal or external audit, or information systems related.
• Professional certification CISA required, CIA and/or CPA preferred.
• Advanced degree in business or information systems preferred.
• Operational IT experience: IT risk assessment, systems implementation review, etc.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with Windows applications including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Project and Visio.
• Experience with ACL or other data analytics tools preferred.
• Experience in Oracle and/or BWise environment preferred.
• Entertainment or Technology industry experience a plus.
