RICH SULLIVAN
HEAD OF CORPORATE FINANCE
Rich Sullivan serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer for DreamWorks Animation. He most recently held the position of Head of Corporate Finance after joining the Company as Head of Investor Relations in 2005. During his term at DreamWorks Animation, Rich has held senior roles within corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, corporate development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining DreamWorks Animation, Rich served as Vice President of Investor Relations for AT&T Corp. from 2002-2005, during which time he was also a member of AT&T’s Financial Leadership Team. Prior to his role in Investor Relations, Rich played a role on AT&T’s Mergers and Acquisitions team, as well as in AT&T’s Business Services and Solutions organization. Rich has also worked for Deutsche Bank Securities as a member of its Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking group, focusing on Telecommunications.
Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA from Columbia University.
