Prior to joining DreamWorks, Ann was president of Buena Vista Home Video (BVHV), North America, a division of The Walt Disney Company, where she presided over the then-single largest video company in the world. She was responsible for marketing, sales, distribution, operations, production and all other facets of the home video division. During her 14-year tenure at Disney, she was a home video industry pioneer, orchestrating many innovations such as the direct-to-video business, where high quality, family-oriented films were produced exclusively for the home video market. Under her direction, BVHV won several vendor awards for marketing and advertising, as well as for its state-of-the-art distribution, shipping and inventory replenishment systems. Ann received her B.A. in economics from The University of California, Los Angeles.
